Ann Arbor Musical Theater Works has announced its presentation of MOBY DICK, THE MUSICAL! from February 9th through 19th, 2023.

Not seen in the UK since 1992, Moby Dick! The Musical is now back.  Originally produced by Cameron Mackintosh, Moby Dick! The Musical has a book by Robert Longden and music and lyrics by Longden and Hereward Kaye.

The Musical has a book by Robert Longden and music and lyrics by Longden and Hereward Kaye. The production runs at Union Theatre 12 October-12 November, with press night on 18 October.

Those sitting on stage will be required to wear a school uniform at the 25th Anniversary production of this campy musical.

Moby Dick! The Musical will play The New Union Theatre, 204 Union Street, London SE1 0LX, from 12th October - 12th November 2016. Press Night: Tuesday 18th October, 7.30pm.

In anticipation of a New York production, Cameron Mackintosh's 1992 musical comedy, MOBY DICK, has received a staged reading.

According to the Guardian, theatre producer Cameron Mackintosh is planning revivals of Moby Dick and Martin Guerre, two of his biggest flops. He told the Evening Standard that one production will open in a smaller London venue, while the other is being considered for a Broadway run in the next two years.

According to The Standard, Cameron Mackintosh is looking to revive his 1992 West End flop- Moby Dick. He told the Standard: "I was dealing with someone who wants to bring Moby Dick out next year, an American producer.'He added that the show is "going to open in London in a pub theatre and there's one being eyed up for Broadway in the next two years."

Cult musical Moby Dick is to get its first major London production since Sir Cameron?Mackintosh's West?End premiere in 1991, in a five-week season at the Landor?Theatre from Wednesday 27 April - Saturday 28 May.
