 The famed ACTORS STUDIO comes to Ridgefield! Audience members will be treated to a "sneak peek" of this legendary acting troupes production of Old Times before it heads to NYC!  This is truly a unique collaboration between The Ridgefield Playhouse and the world-famous ACTORS STUDIO where theatre fans get to attend the premiere production of work developed during a two week intensive workshop here in Ridgefield. 

As the smash hit Andrew Lloyd Webber musical THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA heads towards its 30th birthday at Her Majesty's Theatre in the West End, Ben Forster continues to star as 'The Phantom' alongside Celinde Schoenmaker as 'Christine Daae' and Nadim Naaman as 'Raoul'.

Nimbus Dance Works performs Shadow of Sound by Huang Yi (Taiwan), Untitled by Korhan Basaran (Turkey), and Surface Tension by Artistic Director Samuel Pott in the company's studio theater in Downtown Jersey City. Additionally, Nicholas Ranauro, recipient of the Winter 2016 Nimbus Choreographic Residency will present a new trio created during his residency.

An Evening on Broadway is your chance to experience both (conveniently, a little closer to home) at the Sony Theatre, Bridgend for 'One Night Only'.

Cassie Compton (Wicked, Les Miserables), Katie Paine (We Will Rock You) and Ian Stroughair (Cats, Fame, Chicago, Rent) and more came together at the Royal Albert Hall's Elgar Room to sing the work of British composers, Daniel and Laura Curtis on October 14. Huntington Theatre Company continues its 2014-2015 Season with Ether Dome, 'an essential story' (Hartford Courant) by Elizabeth Egloff about the advent of ether as an anesthetic and the resulting revolutionary impact on the medical profession.

Huntington Theatre Company and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) mark Ether Day today, October 16, in recognition of the 168th anniversary that ether anesthesia was first used during surgery. The groundbreaking medical advancement was achieved by dentist William T. G. Morton during a procedure performed by Dr. John C. Warren at Boston's own MGH. MGH celebrates Ether Day annually, honoring its employees for their years of service.

The one night only intimate concert will take place tonight, October 14th and features an array of West End performers including Alexander Hanson (Stephen Ward, Jesus Christ Superstar), Sabrina Aloueche (Les Miserables, We Will Rock You), Nadim Naaman (Phantom Of The Opera, One Man, Two Guvnors), Rebecca Caine (Phantom Of The Opera), Mark Moraghan (Priscilla Queen of The Desert), Chloe Hart (Hairspray, Wicked) and many other special guests.

Acclaimed actress of stage and screen, Lauren Bacall, who passed away in August 2014, had formed an astonishing art collection which included works by some of the greatest artists of the 20th century. The Bacall Collection, estimated at $3m, will be sold at Bonhams, New York – 580 Madison Avenue – in March 2015.

From the author of Absurd Person Singular comes the theatrical event of the season: a pair of interlocking comedies that take place simultaneously, with one cast performing both shows in two different theaters at the same time. LAByrinth Theater Company World Premiere production of Radiance, written by Cusi Cram and directed by Suzanne Agins, will close at the Bank Street Theater (155 Bank Street) today December 8, 2012.

Labyrinth Theater Company's (Co-Artistic Directors Stephen Adly Guirgis, Mimi O'Donnell, Yul Vazquez and Managing Director, Danny Feldman), has announced the World Premiere production of Radiance, written by Cusi Cram and directed by Suzanne Agins, will extend at the Bank Street Theater (155 Bank Street).

LAByrinth Theater Company, the award-winning, downtown ensemble presents the World Premiere production of Radiance, written by Cusi Cram and directed by Suzanne Agins. The complete cast includes Kelly AuCoin (Julius Caesar, Julie & Julia) and Ana Reeder (Top Girls, Sight Unseen), as well as Labyrinth Company Members Kohl Sudduth (The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, Take Me Out) and Aaron Roman Weiner (Thinner Than Water, The Glass Menagerie).
