Internationally renowned Warrington-born musician Peter Price has announced a home town performance this December.

Blues Rap duo NOWELO (pronounced no-VEH-lo) is releasing their new single “PASSING DAYS” featuring ANN HOKU LYN on August 18th, and celebrating with a release party featuring a nine-piece band presented by KONA WINE MARKET at The Edible World on August 26th, 2017.

Jonny Lang's brand new studio album, Signs, will be released in North America on September 8th via SayRai / Concord Records. The album (his sixth major label release) is his first in four years. The European release for Signs will be on August 25 via Provogue Records / Mascot Label Group.

As summer decides on whether to stick around or not, American Repertory Theater of WNY will come out of the company's season hiatus with one of the first events of the 2017-18 season. August will feature a two-evening stage reading of Mark Humphrey's AN INQUIRY INTO THE FATE OF THE U.S.S. PEQUOD at the company's 330 Amherst location. The reading will feature Buffalo actor Stan Klimecko and the return on Jack Hunter as he will share his directorial eye with the project. .

Almost twenty years ago, Steve Earle and I took a ride through South Nashville. It was down those mean streets that Steve had spent his famous "hiatus" in the early 1990's mostly shooting dope. It was a crazy, unprecedented thing. Here was a guy - the supposed "new face" of outlaw country - who had already put out a near unbroken string of instant classics, including chart hits like "Guitar Town," "Someday," and the immortal "Copperhead Road." And he just up and disappears, drops from sight for four years, making no records, playing no shows.
