The JCCSF Arts & Ideas presents SHYLOCK, presented by Robert Friedman and starring Guy Masterson, on Friday, March 8 at 8 pm.

Paul Simon's Graceland Journey: Under African Skies begins with Paul Simon's 2011 emotional journey back to South Africa and the roots of his seminal album Graceland, but it unfolds into a kaleidoscopic portrait of the turbulent birth and ever-shifting life of a work of art. Joe Berlinger's film airs on Great Performances tonight, January 4 at 9 p.m. on PBS. (Check local listings.)

The Jewish Community Center of San Francisco (JCCSF) recently announced details of all events to be presented from January - June, 2013. Highlights include include a sold-out evening with Dan Rather, and appearances by renowned pianist Michael Feinstein, columnist Dave Barry, Rabbi David Wolpe, author Daniel Pink, indie rockers Dean and Britta, psychologist Tal Ben-Shahar, and a brunch with Mark Russ Federman, owner of New York's fabled Russ & Daughters.

SHYLOCK began its initial eight week run on January 22; opening on January 30 at the Perry Street Theatre (31 Perry Street).
