York Theatre Company Announces THE HOUSEWIVES’ CANTATA, TOMFOOLERY

The award-winning York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) has announced the titles for its upcoming Fall 2011 Musicals in Mufti Concert Series-the York's acclaimed series of musical theatre gems in staged concert performances. This October, the York will continue its Off-Broadway Celebration with the Muftis of The Housewives' Cantata (October 21-23) and Tomfoolery (October 28-30).
Playwright Arthur Marx Dies at 89

According to the NY TImes, Broadway playwright Arhur Marx has died at the age of 89. He is survived by his wife, two sons, a stepdaughter, two sisters, four grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.

50% of 'Agrippina' Profits to go to Roar Foundation

The Los Angeles Premiere of A. Giovanni Affinito's Agrippina. The Story of How Nero's Mother got him into the Emperor's throne and how he repays her for it. 50% of all proceeds will be donated to The Roar Foundation, in support of Shambala - A Big Cat Sanctuary founded by Conservationist - Tippi Hedren.
