The show, hosted by Didi Conn ('Frenchy'), will feature the Paramount Pictures film in glorious full-screen Technicolor and spectacular six-track digital sound, complete with subtitles so the whole audience can sing along.

Bieber_Eyes_Grease_Remake_with_Cyrus_20010101 The U.K. Sun has reported that teen pop star Justin Bieber has his sights set on the big screen and would like to make his leading man debut in a remake of the movie musical, Grease, alongside contemporary Miley Cyrus. Bieber tells The Sun: 'It would be a lot of fun. It's been talked about a lot over the years but it would be awesome to play Danny.' When asked about a potential co-star Bieber was quick to respond: 'I would go for Miley Cyrus without hesitation. She can sing, dance and act...I'd want some great people to star in it. Wouldn't Susan Boyle make an amazing Principal McGee? We'd just need to write it into the script that she broke into song.'

Kleiser discussed the new 'Grease: Sing-A-Long' ('Now it's slick and revamped and pretty amazing'), his surprise at the film's enduring popularity ('a movie we made as a summertime treat for kids in the '70s has endured with audiences around the world for over 30 years'), and the new songs that were written for the film ('The original finale was a song called ‘All Shook Up,' which didn't really go anywhere, but once I heard ‘You're the One That I Want,' I knew we had something that would really land big'), among other topics.
