Phantom Projects Theatre Group will bring S.E.Hinton's classic novel to life, one-day-only, on February 19th at 10AM, 1PM, and 7PM. The daytime performances are sold out, with limited seating still available for the 7pm performance.

Amazon Studios just celebrated the premiere of its highly-anticipated dramatic comedy series, Mozart in the Jungle. Mozart in the Jungle draws back the curtain at the New York Symphony, where artistic dedication and creativity collide with mind games, politicking and survival instincts. Based on the critically acclaimed memoir Mozart in the Jungle: Sex, Drugs & Classical Music by Blair Tindall, the series is seen through the eyes of a young oboist, Hailey (Kirke), who tries to navigate through the egos and eccentricities of a world renowned orchestra, and new conductor Rodrigo (Bernal), an enfant terrible whose PASSION for music threatens the plans of the orchestra's old guard. New York's funniest show Celebrity Autobiography has added music icon Debbie Harry, four-time Oscar nominee Marsha Mason, and Ralph Macchio (My Cousin Vinny, The Karate Kid, Dancing with the Stars) to the cast of its November show on Monday, November 24 at 7pm at The Triad (Stage 72 -- 158 West 72nd Street). They will join previously announced stars of stage and screen Matthew Broderick (currently starring in It's Only A Play on Broadway), Janeane Garofalo (the upcoming Bravo series Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce), Michael Urie (Buyer & Cellar, Ugly Betty), Tate Donovan (24, Damages) & Drama Desk-winners Eugene Pack & Dayle Reyfel.

The Sunday Series at Abingdon will present MOONLIGHT IN GREENWICH VILLAGE, a one night only workshop performance on NOVEMBER 16th of three new one acts by New York-based playwright Charles Messina.

It is the 15th of 16 events scheduled in the 2014 series produced by Wizard World, Inc. (OTCBB: WIZD) and will also feature top celebrities and a variety of activities, exhibitors and special attractions.

I am not an '80s fan. (Why the shoulder pads and clashing colors, '80s?) But, '80s IN OUR UNDIES' Judy Garland-esque mix of funny anecdotes and virtuosic vocals is appealing.
