Produced by Sara Bareilles and Neal Avron, the cast album is projected for release on June 10th across digital platforms and on July 1st on compact disc. In the lead-up to the April 24th Broadway opening of Waitress at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, DMI Soundtracks is proud to announce the release of a forthcoming original cast album for the production, with the cast and band hitting the studio in early May. The album will be distributed by Warner-Elektra-Atlantic Corporation.
Broadway performers will come together on Monday April 25th at The Cutting Room NYC to celebrate female composers in the one night only concert LOVE GOES ON, hosted by Miss Staten Island, Heather Wolf. The concert will benefit the suicide prevention organization, You Can NOT Be Replaced, focusing on the irreplaceable value of each person by passing wristbands. Doors open at 6:30, with the show beginning at 7:30.
