Last week, creators and stars of the hit TV series Veronica Mars proved that fan loyalty could bring the dream of a feature length film adaptation of the show to fruition. Inspired by the results, filmmakers of an ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT documentary have turned to fans to ask for support in their creative endeavor. Check out the trailer for the project below!

Releasing today digitally on Back Lot Music is the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Album from Focus Features' latest film, Admission. The album features 11 new cues by composer Stephen Trask (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, The Savages). Focus releases the movie nationwide this Friday, March 22nd.

F*It Club Announces Upcoming Season

F*It Club, the New York Innovative Award-winning film and theatre company, continues its annual series of short, commissioned world-premiere plays at the Medicine Show Theatre in Manhattan with The Spring Fling: The Morning After, six new plays by Hilary Bettis (American Girls), Nick Jones (The Coward, Trevor), Krista Knight (Clementine and the Cyber Ducks), Janine Nabers (Annie Bosh is Missing), Heidi Schreck (There Are No More Big Secrets, Creature), and Joe Tracz (Up North) and directed by Oliver Butler (Blood Play), Matt Dickson (The Man-Made Rock), Mike Donahue (Grace, or the Art of Climbing), Portia Krieger (The Netflix Plays), Stella Powell-Jones (Williamstown Theatre Festival Directing Assistant), and Pirronne Yousefzadeh (Ten, The Tenant). Performances will be Thursday, April 4th through Sunday, April 14th with Thursday through Saturday night performances at 8pm and Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2p.

The Guthrie Theater will host the 14th annual Shakespeare Classic on Sunday, March 24, offering young people ages 10 to 17 an opportunity to experience an energetic, original Twelfth Night by Britain's Propeller. This annual event, tailored specifically for young audiences, features a specially prepared play program, $10 tickets to the 1 p.m. matinee performance and a post-play discussion in which actors from the show will engage with the audience.
