New Georges will present the World Premiere of (NOT) WATER co-conceived by Sheila Callaghan and Daniella Topol, written by Sheila Callaghan and directed by Daniella Topol as part of Works On Water, a month-long, multi-disciplinary art event that presents multiple artistic perspectives on water in a global context, at the 3LD Art & Technology Center.

The Public Theater is gearing up for its 2017 Free Shakespeare in the Park season, beginning Tuesday, May 23 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, continuing a 55-year tradition of free theater in Central Park. The rarely seen Julius Caesar, directed by The Public's Artistic Director Oskar Eustis, begins previews Tuesday, May 23 and runs through Sunday, June 18 with an official press opening on Monday, June 12. It's set during the Obama era and takes on the topic of race with biting comedy. Seema Sueko directs a new run at Arena Stage, featuring a four-person cast that is combustible and exciting to watch.

House Party Theatre returns this Spring with their brutal, efficient mainstage production of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, cut and directed by HPT leader Sarah Lacy Hamilton. Julius Caesar begins with a press opening on Thursday, April 20 at 8pm and continues its run on April 21, 22, 24, 27 and 28.
