Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT) will present William Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors, February 25 - March 7 in the Nafe Katter Theatre on the Storrs campus.

Jim Caruso's Cast Party is proud to announce that Natalie Weiss will make her second concert appearance within the month at Birdland on Monday, February 15 at 7pm, by popular demand. It has been confirmed that Miss Saigon will return to Toronto this summer as the second show in Dancap Production's inaugural Summer Broadway Series line-up at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. The show will play a limited engagement from July 9th to August 1st, 2010.

The American Theatre Wing has announced the recipients of the 2010 Jonathan Larson® Grants. The grants, given annually to honor emerging composers, lyricists and book writers, help to continue Tony Award®-winning composer Jonathan Larson's dream of infusing musical theatre with a contemporary, joyful, urban vitality. After considering 165 applications, Peter Lerman, Daniel Mate, and songwriting team Michael Kooman (music) and Christopher Dimond (book & lyrics) were selected to receive the prestigious grants, totaling $10,000. They will be honored at a presentation on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Touch (240 W52 St.) in New York City.

The Summer Internship Program lasts approximately 10 weeks, running from early May through mid-August, and affords college students 18 years of age and older the opportunity to work one-on-one with musical theater industry professionals.
