Ghostlight Records will present the Original Broadway Cast Recording of RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA with a digital release on May 7 and the CD in stores on June 4.

Evidence, A Dance Company paid tribute to the life and legacy of Beth Young, a dance enthusiast and long-time supporter of Evidence, A Dance Company, and recognized Goldman, Sachs & Co. and, Valentino D. Carlotti for supporting the arts and community outreach at The Torch Ball on March 25 at New York City's The Plaza Hotel. Proceeds from the black tie affair support Evidence's mission to promote understanding of the African Diaspora through dance, music and storytelling. Scroll below for photos from the event!

The company of RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA will enter the studio on March 18 to preserve the Original Broadway Cast Recording for Ghostlight Records. The Broadway premiere of the beloved romantic musical - currently running at the Broadway Theater - has been hailed as "Resplendent with a radiant score" by the Wall Street Journal, "Pure Magic" by the Associated Press and "A full-on romantic fantasy" by the New York Post. RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA has music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, a new book by Douglas Carter Beane and original book by Oscar Hammerstein II. The musical is directed by Mark Brokaw. Josh Rhodes is choreographer. Music adaptation, supervision and arrangements are by David Chase. Andy Einhorn is music director and conductor.

The celebrated musical Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella--originally written for television in 1957 by the legendary musical theatre duo Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II--makes its Broadway debut with this new production, featuring music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, and a new book by four-time Tony nominee Douglas Carter Beane, based on the original book by Oscar Hammerstein II. It's a very exciting time at Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella because we are just days away from moving out of our rehearsal studios and into the Broadway Theatre. It's truly astounding to think about how quickly time has passed since we started this process; it's probably due to the fact that as a company we have had so much fun. The atmosphere at rehearsal has been so warm and welcoming--something that definitely is trickling down from the people in charge--so it's the perfect place to have fun and just play.

Tickets to RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA will go on sale Monday, December 17 at 10 a.m. at the Broadway Theatre box office (1681 Broadway at 53rd St.) Now in rehearsals, RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA will begin preview performances on January 25 with an opening night scheduled for March 3. The production will celebrate the box office opening with a live, in-studio performance by the musical's stars Laura Osnes and Santino Fontana on 'Fox and Friends' on Monday, December 17.

Rehearsals for RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S Cinderella will begin Thursday, December 6 with preview performances starting January 25 prior to Opening Night on Sunday, March 3. (The previously announced opening date of February 24 turned out to be Oscar Night.) The box office at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway at 53rd St.) will open Monday, December 17 at 10 a.m.
