Taking its title from the title card at the beginning of Martin Scorsese's The Last Waltz-'This film should be played loud!'-the series Play This Movie Loud! opens today, May 4, and continues through June 9, 2013.

The Monkees.net has revealed that the group will reunite this July for a 24-date American tour to be called, “A Midsummer's Night With the Monkees.”

Fort Point Theatre Channel presents The Good Person of Setzuan written by Bertolt Brecht and adapted by Tony Kushner. Directed by Christie Lee Gibson, designed by Anne Loyer, with music composed and directed by Nick Thorkelson. Performances run tonight, February 21-March 9.
