Powerhouse Theater Presents BONFIRE NIGHT, 7/16-18

Vassar & New York Stage and Film's Powerhouse Theater is pleased to announce the casts of the two Martel Musicals presented during the 2010 season: BONFIRE NIGHT (July 16 - 18) and ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER (July 29 - August 1).

Counter Productions Presents SONGS FROM AN UNMADE BED 7/12-8/17

Counter Productions is thrilled to announce the first Cape production of Songs from an Unmade Bed. Performances begin July 12 at 7 p.m. and run each Monday and Tuesday at 7 p.m. throughout the summer until August 17 at the new Counter Productions Studio at Whaler's Wharf, 237 Commercial Street in Provincetown, MA.

TIME STANDS STILL to Play the Cort Theatre on Broadway Beginning 10/7

Tony nominated Best Play TIME STANDS STILL will resume performances on Broadway at the Cort Theatre on September 23, 2010. The production will re-open on Thursday, October 7. The play is written by Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies and is directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan.

TIME STANDS STILL Headed Back to Broadway This Fall

TIME STANDS STILL, which yesterday received a Tony nomination for Best Play, will transfer this fall to Broadway to a Shubert theatre to be announced. The play, by Pulitzer Prize Winner Donald Margulies, directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan, will star acclaimed original cast members: Laura Linney, Brian d'Arcy James, and Eric Bogosian.

TIME STANDS STILL Ends Limited Engagement 3/27

TIME STANDS STILL, the acclaimed play by Donald Margulies (Collected Stories), must end its twice extended engagement at Manhattan Theatre Club's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street) Saturday, March 27 following the 8 PM performance. On that date, the production will have played 27 preview performances and 68 regular performances.

Alicia Silverstone will be reuniting with Clueless director Amy Heckerling for her upcoming romantic-comedy, Vamps. Production is set to begin in April.
