Montblanc announced today that THE 24 HOUR PLAYS ON BROADWAY special 10th anniversary production will be held in New York City on Monday, November 14, 2011. An annual benefit event produced by the 24 Hour Company and Freestyle Picture Company for Urban Arts Partnership, THE 24 HOUR PLAYS ON BROADWAY attracts some of entertainment's biggest names as they join forces to participate in an extreme rite of theater: writing, directing, and performing 6 original short plays, all in just 24 hours. This year's production will feature a special 10th anniversary theme to celebrate the immense success of this partnership and the thousands of students who have benefited from programs made possible by this fundraiser.

Marsha Norman, the Pulitzer Prize-winning dramatist of multiple moods and genres, is the 30th Annual William Inge Theatre Festival Honoree.

The up-and-coming playwright and performer Katori Hall has been selected winner of the 2010 William Inge Theatre Festival's Otis Guernsey New Voices in the American Theatre Award. Last night, the 24 Hour Company partnered with The Exchange to produce 'The 24 Hour Musicals', 4 new 15-minute musicals written, rehearsed, and performed in 24 hours; presented as a one-night benefit at Joe's Pub. The star-studded evening was full of stirringly provocative theatre.

On January 21, 2008, The 24 Hour Company presented The 24 Hour Musicals, rehearsed and performed at Joe's Pub in a single day, featuring an all-star line up of Broadway performers, great composers, writers, directors, choreographers and musical directors.
