Theater with a View to Bring CIRCLE MIRROR TRANSFORMATION to Sycamore Hill Next Month

Theater with a View is bringing a production of Circle Mirror Transformation by Annie Baker to Pottstown, PA. The play will open Thursday, July 23 for an eight-performance run outdoors at Sycamore Hill, the home of Drs. Veronica Covalesky and Nick Leasure, at 481 Ebelhare Road. Directed by Seth Reich, the production features a cast of New York actors.

Young Vic's Acclaimed Revival of A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE Will Bow on Broadway This Fall

Direct from two completely sold-out engagements in London, producers Scott Rudin and Lincoln Center Theater will bring the Young Vic's critically-acclaimed production of Arthur Miller's A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE to Broadway this fall.  The production, which swept the 2015 Olivier Awards — winning for Best Revival, Best Director, and Best Actor (Mark Strong) —will begin previews Wednesday evening, October 21 and open on Thursday, November 12 at the Lyceum Theatre, 149 West 45 Street.  A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE will play an 18-week limited engagement through Sunday, February 21, 2016.

At this onstage conversation event co-produced with Gimlet Media's Alex Blumberg (formally of This American Life and Planet Money), Pierce and Lee talk about what worked, what didn't work, and how to develop a memorable character. A part of Lincoln Center's Masters on Masters series, the conversation will be held tonight at 7:30pm, at the David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center, Frieda and Roy Furman Stage. 59E59 Theaters will welcome acclaimed actor Edward Petherbridge to Brits Off Broadway in MY PERFECT MIND, created by Told by an Idiot, written by Kathryn Hunter, Paul Hunter and Edward Petherbridge, directed by Kathryn Hunter. Produced by Told by an Idiot, Young Vic, and Theatre Royal Plymouth, MY PERFECT MIND begins performances on Wednesday, June 10 for a limited engagement through Sunday, June 28.  Press opening is Tuesday, June 16 at 7 PM.  The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7 PM; Friday at 8 PM; Saturday at 2 PM & 8 PM; and Sunday at 3 PM. Theatre for a New Audience Extends THE TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA

Due to box office demand, Theatre for a New Audience is extending its fourth production of the 2014-2015 season, Fiasco Theater's The Two Gentlemen of Verona by William Shakespeare, directed by Jessie Austrian and Ben Steinfeld, for two additional weeks through Sunday, June 7, at Polonsky Shakespeare Center, 262 Ashland Place. The Two Gentlemen of Verona opened on April 30.
