Playhouse on the Green, a 228-seat theater located in the heart of downtown Bridgeport, has named Matt Schicker its new producing artistic director. Schicker will oversee all aspects of the Playhouse's operations, including producing a season of plays and musicals and a new summer theater day camp program for kids and teenagers.
SP Theatre Productions is pleased to present Still Lives a new play written by Paul Hancock and directed by Kareem Fahmy being presented at the Workshop Theater beginning Friday, April 4 at 8:00 pm. Performances run Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 3:00 pm through April 19.
