Fruitcake Follies Lives On In Its 12th Great Year

It's hard to believe, but the fiercely fruity hit Fruitcake Follies is celebrating its 12th birthday, having originated in Hollywood at the Cinegrill, and now in its permanent residence in the basement of a Mexican restaurant in Silver Lake. About as original as you'll find anywhere, the show's genius is James Gray, who serves as host, and costars the one and only Momma ... and this year Eric Seppala and Sandy Fox. Guest stars are Leslie Carrara and puppet pet Lolly and Melanie Hutsell as chef Paula Deen.

Al Roker, the weatherman and feature reporter for NBC's 'Today,' and Shaun Robinson, the weekend co-anchor and correspondent for 'Access Hollywood,' will co-host NBC's live, high-definition coverage of the '122nd Tournament of Roses Parade' from Pasadena, California on Saturday, January 1, 2011 (11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET).

The nominees for the PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS 2011 were announced this morning by Malin Akerman ('27 Dresses,' 'Watchmen'), Michael Chiklis, ('No Ordinary Family'), Zachary Levi ('Chuck'), AnnaLynne McCord ('90210'), Jeff Probst ('Survivor') and Audrina Patridge ('The Hills'), along with host Queen Latifah and Executive Producer Mark Burnett at The London West Hollywood Hotel. Prior to the announcement, over 35 million votes were cast by fans across the country. Fans were invited to pick new categories and determine the nominees for the annual awards show that celebrates fan favorites in movies, music and television.

The premiere of the 2010 CMT MUSIC AWARDS on Wednesday, June 9 scored with 3.04 million total viewers, making it the most-watched awards premiere in channel history. According to Nielsen Media Research, the two-and-a-half hour show scored a 1.42 rating among P18-49, up 19 percent over last year with an average 1.5 million viewers in the key demo. The show's performance from 8-10:30 p.m. drove CMT to become the most-watched network in the time period across cable with P18-49 and W18-49 impressions. More than 10.8 million viewers cumulative* tuned in for all related CMT Music Awards programming, including the live Red Carpet show and encore.
