The new musical DOCTOR ZHIVAGO will play its final performance at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway), Sunday May 10, 2015. DOCTOR ZHIVAGO will have played 26 preview and 23 regular performances.

The world premiere production of HAMILTON, inspired by the book 'Alexander Hamilton' by Ron Chernow, with book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda and directed by Thomas Kail, concludes its run tonight, May 3, at The Public Theater. But this is not the end of the road for the company. HAMILTON will start performances on Broadway on July 13 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, where tickets are already on sale.

Rising Alternative today announced that San Francisco Opera's critically acclaimed production of SHOW BOAT will be screened in movie theatres across the country this summer. A show representative confirmed: 'Tam Mutu is out of the show due to illness. With less than a week of preview performances to date, there has not been time to prepare the understudy.
