The Ford's Theatre Society announced that the daytime programming schedule for spring 2009 will include performances of the one-act plays One Destiny and The Road From Appomattox by Richard Hellesen.
Ford's Theatre Society Director Paul Tetreault announced the Society's 2009-2010 season, a lineup that includes 'Black Pearl Sings!,' a new production of 'A Christmas Carol,' Norman Corwin's 'The Rivalry,' originally read as part of the Living Lincoln series, and the musical 'Little Shop of Horrors.' The Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Campaign, a $50 million capital campaign to support the renovation of Ford's Theatre and its museum as well as the building of the new Center for Education and Leadership, has raised $43 million to date.
