Irish Repertory Theatre has announced a virtual performance of Brian Friel's Molly Sweeney. The first in a new series, A Performance on Screen, Molly Sweeney will be directed by Charlotte Moore (London Assurance) and will be streamed on Tuesday May 12 at 7pm, Wednesday May 13 at 3pm, Thursday May 14 at 7pm and Friday May 15 at 8pm.

Mint Theater (Jonathan Bank, Producing Artistic Director) will present the American Premiere of The Mountains Look Different by Micheal mac Liammoir, hailed as 'a courageous play in which there is no beating about the bush' by The Christian Science Monitor. Production has begun on Hallmark Channel's 'A Summer to Remember' (wt), a new, original movie starring Catherine Bell ('Good Witch,' 'Army Wives') and Cameron Mathison ('At Home in Mitford,' 'Murder, She Baked: Just Desserts'). Shooting on location in Fiji, the movie is set to premiere during the network's upcoming, annual 'Summer Nights' programming event that celebrates the fun of the season.

John Guare's Six Degrees of Separation, directed by Trip Cullman and starring seven-time Emmy Award winner Allison Janney, Tony Award winner John Benjamin Hickey and Tony Award nominee Corey Hawkins, will close on Sunday, June 18, 2017. It will have played 21 previews and 63 regular performances. The production began previews Wednesday, April 5 and opened Tuesday, April 25 at the Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street).
