Verve Music Group recording artists The Tenors (formerly known as The Canadian Tenors), featuring Clifton Murray, Fraser Walters, Remigio Pereira and Victor Micallef, have announced their release week activity for the U.S. debut of their platinum selling album, LEAD WITH YOUR HEART. The multi-platinum selling singing sensations will kick things off January 11th at Madison Square Garden in New York City to perform the national anthem at a home game for the New York Knicks. And, The Tenors will sing the National Anthem this Sunday, January 13th in Atlanta, before the nationally televised NFC Divisional Playoff game between the Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks. Game time is 1PM EST on Fox.

The cast is set for the U.S. premiere of "Backbeat," the dramatic new play with music about the birth of one of the greatest rock 'n' roll bands in history, the Beatles. "Backbeat" will have its U.S. premiere at the Ahmanson Theatre, with previews beginning January 20 and performances continuing through March 1, 2013. The opening is set for January 30.

On New Year's Eve, Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (CDT) will present a debut staging of THE BEATLES - A TRIBUTE CONCERT. This anthology of The Beatles' most popular hits dating from 1963 to 1970 will be performed by Jonny James and the Hall of Fames, a local band featuring the talents of such performers as Jonny James, Mike Menard, Andrew Thornbrough, Matt Riehle, and guesting in will be, Mike McDonough of the 'Rubber Soul' Beatles Tribute band. This concert performance will be celebrated on Chanhassen's Fireside stage for one performance only tonight evening, December 31.
