Cortland Repertory Theatre's 'CRT KIDS' program will present four performances of an original version of the classic tale 'Alice in Wonderland'. Written and directed by local playwright Kim L. Hubbard, the show stars CRT's six performing interns of the 2014 summer season. Funny, entertaining and timely, it is appropriate for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade, and carries an important message about communication in these modern times.

Based on Victor Hugo's novel, the script of the musical is written by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schonberg, with music by Schonberg and lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer. Performances of CRT's production will run from tonight, July 9 - 26 with evening performances at 7:30. Matinees are available on July 11, 13, 16, 20, and 23 at 2:00 PM. With original music by the Allison Leyton-Brown and directed by Dan Patrick Brady, BLEACHED BLONDE BETTY played a limited engagement at the Workshop Theater (316 West 35th Street, 4th Floor).
