Steven Weber Joins THE PARISIAN WOMAN at South Coast Repertory Theatre

The final cast member has been confirmed for South Coast Repertory's world premiere of Beau Willimon's The Parisian Woman. Actor Steven Weber will portray Tom, one-half of the play's Beltway power couple.

SUMMERWORKS 2013 - the annual season of new plays presented by the four-time Obie Award-winning theater company Clubbed Thumb -- is set for its 18th season May 24th to June 29th at The Wild Project (195 E. 3rd Street) in Manhattan, it has been announced by Maria Striar, Clubbed Thumb's Producing Artistic Director.

Steppenwolf's Theatre Company's 2013/14 Season Announced

Steppenwolf Theatre Company Artistic Director Martha Lavey announced today the 2013/14 Subscription Season, including two world premieres, an American premiere and two Chicago premieres. The season begins in Steppenwolf's Downstairs Theatre with Zinnie Harris's The Wheel, directed by ensemble member Tina Landau. Up next, ensemble member Austin Pendleton directs Tribes by Nina Raine. In the Upstairs Theatre, ensemble member Yasen Peyankov directs Russian Transport by Erika Sheffer. In April 2014, ensemble member Amy Morton directs the world premiere of The Way West by Mona Mansour. And in July 2014, the season concludes with the world premiere of The Qualms by Bruce Norris, directed by Pam MacKinnon.

WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF? Concludes Limited Run Today

The critically-acclaimed 50th anniversary Broadway revival of Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? will play its final performance today, March 3rd at 3:00 PM. The production, which began performances on Thursday, September 27, 2012 and officially opened on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street) will have played 159 performances.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) has just announced two new Broadway productions as part of the 2013-2014 theatrical season. Donald Margulies' Pulitzer Winning play Dinner with Friends directed by Pam MacKinnon and Tom Stoppard's Tony Award winning play The Real Thing, directed by Sam Gold will join the previously announced Off-Broadway production of Joshua Harmon's Bad Jews. Casting, dates and venue information will be announced soon.
