FOUR CLOWNS to Present THAT BEAUTIFUL LAUGH at Hollywood Fringe

2011 Hollywood Fringe Top of the Fringe-Winners Four Clowns will present That Beautiful Laugh, conceived by Orlando Pabotoy and directed by Turner Munch at the 2012 Hollywood Fringe Festival at Fringe Central - Open Fist Theater, 6209 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90038 on Friday, June 8 at 8pm; Saturday, June 16 at 10pm; Thursday, June 21 at 8pm; and Saturday, June 23 at 9pm.

La MaMa presents the New York Premiere of That Beautiful Laugh, the inaugural theatrical production by The Artigiani Troupe. Juilliard's Drama Division announces the complete schedule for its 2011-2012 season of fully-staged productions featuring students in their fourth and final year of acting training at Juilliard. This season's plays include Arthur Miller's All My Sons, directed by Harris Yulin, October 19-23; Juilliard alumnus Nathan Jackson's Broke-ology, directed by Kent Gash, November 10-14; and Noel Coward's Hay Fever, directed by Dakin Matthews, December 8-12. The Drama Division is led by James Houghton, Richard Rodgers Director of Drama.

La MaMa, the world-renowned downtown theatre founded by the late Ellen Stewart, will celebrate is 50th anniversary season in 2011-12 -- entitled 'Homecomings' - with a two day celebration on October 16th and 17th 2011: The La MaMa 50 World Block Party and The La MaMa 50 Gala. The festivities kick off with the La MaMa 50 World Block Party on Sunday, October 16 from 2 to 6pm on the block of East 4th Street (between the Bowery and Second Avenue in Manhattan) that is home to La MaMa's three performance spaces, and where Ms. Stewart herself resided for many years before her death in January 2011.

Shakespeare on the Sound, Connecticut's premier outdoor summer Shakespeare theater company, announces the Apprentice Company for its upcoming production of Shakespeare's comedy Much Ado About Nothing, under the direction of Joanna Settle. This year's Apprentice Company of 16 is the largest group yet, chosen from over 120 applicants. The 2011 Apprentice Company includes Gabby Acquaviva (Darien, CT), Iman Al-Salihi (Kirkuk, Iraq), Scott Bartelson (Stratford, CT), Kiana Khozein (Westport, CT), Alexa LaVersa (Stamford, CT), Ali McGarey (Darien, CT), Marquerite McHale (Greenwich, CT), K.C. Morse (Stamford, CT), James O'Reilly (Redding, CT), Jacob Presson (Wilton, CT), Amy Rissolo (Darien, CT), Gus Ruchman (Cos Cob, CT), Jithendra Seneviratne (Colombo, Sri Lanka), Amanda Smith (Croton-on-Hudson, NY), Elena Stein (Rowayton, CT), and Emily Williams (Stamford, CT).
