It's a very busy weekend for theatre in the Midlands!

Sumter closes BASKERVILLE while Trustus and USC open a pair of hot new plays and the ROCK OF AGES tour rolls through the Koger Center!

The University of SC Department of Theatre and Dance will present The Wolves, Sarah DeLappe's Pulitzer-nominated drama about the personal struggles of a girls' soccer team, February 21 - March 2, 2019 at Longstreet Theatre.  

It's another packed weekend on Midlands stages; plus JERSEY BOYS rolls through town early next week!

The University of SC Department of Theatre and Dance will present Platonov, the rarely-performed first play by influential playwright Anton Chekhov, at Longstreet Theatre, November 9-17.

The University of SC Department of Theatre and Dance will present Kate Hamill's whimsical, modern retelling of Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility April 13-21 at Drayton Hall Theatre.

The University of South Carolina's Department of Theatre and Dance presents THE CRUCIBLE at Longstreet Theatre! The Arthur Miller play first premiered on Broadway in 1953, and went on to win a Tony Award later that year for Best Play. Inspired by the then-current events of the Red Scare, Miller chose to write allegorical play about the Salem Witch Trials. THE CRUCIBLE opened February 2nd, and will continue to run through this Saturday, February 10th.
