Sony Pictures Television has sold the cable syndication rights to the CBS hit comedy series Rules of Engagement to Turner Broadcasting's TBS, it was announced today by John Weiser, President of U.S. Distribution, Sony Pictures Television.
CBS and Sony Pictures Television have closed a deal to renew RULES OF ENGAGEMENT for a seventh season. The 13-episode pickup - confirmed via a network spokesperson - will bring its series total to exactly 100 episodes.
Illusionist Criss Angel will guest star on RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, Monday, Jan. 17 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Angel will play himself and perform an illusion.
CBS's May sweep will be highlighted with the season finales and cliffhangers of its hit comedies and dramas as well as the finales of THE AMAZING RACE 16 and SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS.
