Atlanta Symphony Welcomes Three New Musicians

Music Director Robert Spano and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra have announced the appointment of three new full-time musicians. Christopher Todd Skitch, Second Flute, and Stuart Stephenson, Principal Trumpet, joined the Orchestra at the beginning of the 2013-14 season. Violinist Anastasia Agapova will join the Orchestra in November 2013.

The awards will be presented tonight, Monday, Oct. 21, by the 3Arts Board of Directors and Awards Host Committee in a celebratory gathering at the Museum of Contemporary Art. 3Arts has awarded over $1 million in total grants to more than 100 Chicago artists in the past six years.

Profiles Theatre announces that actor Paul Dillon returns to the role he originated in the 1992 world premiere of Hellcab by Will Kern for Profiles' holiday season revival of their hit production. Once again, Profiles Artistic Director Darrell W. Cox returns to direct a cast of 34 with Dillon joining the cast as the beleaguered cab driver and ensemble member Eric Burgher assistant directing.
