FROM THE FIRE Plays Judson Memorial Church 3/23-26

From the Fire, an original new dramatic oratorio about the 1911 Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, with music composed by Tony-nominated Elizabeth Swados and conceived and directed by Cecilia Rubino -- and written by Rubino with poet Paula Finn -- will be performed at a special theatrical five-day run to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire.

TEETH OF THE SONS Previews 4/20 Off-Broadway

Barefoot Theatre Company - an Off-Broadway theater company now in its 12th season - will present the New York premiere of Joseph Sousa's play TEETH OF THE SONS, with previews beginning April 20 prior to an official press opening of April 22 at Cherry Lane Studio Theatre (38 Commerce Street) in Manhattan. Annie Ward announces the world premiere production of her adaptation of Yakup Almelek's THE AWAKENING, which she directs. THE AWAKENING will play a two-week limited engagement at Theater Three (311 West 43rd Street, NYC). Performances begin Wednesday, July 7 and continue through Sunday, July 18. Opening Night is Friday, July 9 (8 p.m.).

Four Chairs Theatre Company proudly announces an extension for What To Do When You Hate All Your Friends, an anti-social comedy written by award-winning playwright Larry Kunofsky and directed by Jacob Krueger (The Matthew Shepard Story). Originally slated to run through August 9, the new hit comedy has been extended through August 23 on Theatre Row, at The Lion Theatre located at 410 West 42 Street between 9 & 10 Avenues in NYC
