Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven, CT will present Split Knuckle Theatre's ENDURANCE beginning June 17. Endurance is devised and performed by Jason Bohon, Andrew Grusetskie, Michael Toomey, and Greg Webster. The creative team includes Nick Ryan (collaborating writer), Ken Clark (musical composition), Dan Rousseau (lighting), and Carmen Torres (stage manager.)

Following the recent hits at The Lion Theatre and the Under St. Marks theater of Antony Raymond's comedies, ELSINORE COUNTY and LUSTYNESS, Daniel Neiden will present Raymond's second installment of his three part Shakespeare Un-Canon, entitled JULIO! Performances will begin June 3rd, and will celebrate its opening on Thursday, June 5th, running through June 21st at The Kraine Theater (85 E. 4th Street). The Roundhouse has announced a major new multi-arts festival for summer 2014; Roundhouse Summer Sessions will take place this July and August. An exciting new fixture in London's summer arts calendar, Summer Sessions will present live music, dance, comedy, cabaret, spoken word and live-scored cinema in an intimate, table-seated setting.

Long Wharf Theatre will present Split Knuckle Theatre's production of Endurance to begin its 2014 Summer Season.

Loosely based on the true story of the failed 1967 Soyuz 1 mission, Four Humors presents an original, farcical look at the Soviet Space Program during the height of its race against the United States to reach the moon. Star City promises to be a fast paced, quick-change, four-door farce set in Soviet Mission Control filled with dozens of ridiculous characters including heroic cosmonauts, nerdy scientists, overworked engineers, menacing KGB agents, oblivious military brass, and antagonistic American capitalists... all played by only four actors.

2014-2015 at Children's Theatre Company is a season of dreams fulfilled. There are stories of transformational beauty, three fabulous musicals and an interactive, on-your-feet adventure through the undiscovered depths of the theatre. CTC will also present renowned artists and some of the most tender and poetic characters to ever tread our stages. Artistic Director Peter C. Brosius describes his excitement about each show, and the thrill of merging theatrical splendor with the body, blood and soul of some of the Twin Cities' best artists. Brosius says, "This is a season of surprising worlds and actors who will touch your heart and create characters you will never forget. R.I.P.D. will be available to own on Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD today, October 29, 2013. The film will also be available early on Digital HD October 15, 2013, two weeks before it's available on store shelves from Universal Studios Home Entertainment.

Kate, an unemployed 20-something living in her crazy grandmother's basement takes the only writing job she can find: ghostwriting online dating profiles. This award-winning play has been described by the Toronto Globe & Mail as 'the most widely produced stage play in Canadian history'. Hubbard, this original children's show stars the six performing interns at CRT in the 2013 summer season. The funny and exciting show is appropriate for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade, and also carries an important anti-bullying message.

On the closing evening of the 10th annual Cincinnati Fringe Festival, Four Humors Theater of Minneapolis received two awards for its original production of Four Humors' Lolita: A Three Man Show. 'Critics' Pick of the Fringe' was awarded by theater critics who reviewed every show in the festival and 'Best Ensemble Performance' was awarded by The League of Cincinnati Theaters.

Sundance Institute last evening announced the Jury, Audience, NEXT <=> and other special awards of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival at the feature film Awards Ceremony, hosted by Joseph Gordon-Levitt in Park City, Utah.

The Line-Up has been announced for the 2013 Sundance Film Festival which will be held in Utah this January. The event marks the Festival's 29th year. This year, 113 feature-length films representing 32 countries will be presented.

Sundance Institute announced today the films selected for the U.S. and World Cinema Dramatic and Documentary Competitions and the out-of-competition NEXT <=> section of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, January 17-27 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah.

For ten days this fall, seven different groups present an exploration of the genres of horror through a multitude of performance disciplines at the 2012 Twin Cities Horror Festival at the Southern Theater. The festival features local theater, storytelling, dance and music artists presenting their take on the theme of "horror." The festival will present more than 30 performances over two weekends with a costume dance party and late night horror film showing on Halloween night.
