Paul Williams, legendary songwriter and President of The ASCAP Foundation, accepted on behalf of The Foundation. Additionally, Natasha Bedingfield, a member of the VH1 Save The Music Alumni Ambassador Group, performed and the program for the evening, presented by LG Mobile Phones celebrated music as a universal language that shapes our life stories with a special tribute to the 45th Anniversary of Rodgers & Hammerstein's The Sound of Music by Kristin Chenoweth. JERSEY BOYS, the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning international hit musical, has raised $43,521 to benefit New York Public Schools through the VH1 Save The Music Foundation.

Multi-platinum recording artist Nick Lachey is set to return as host of NBC's upcoming a cappella singing competition series, 'The Sing-Off,' a five-night holiday event premiering Monday, December 6 (8-10 p.m. ET). The one-of-a-kind battle of voices will continue on December 8, 13 and 15, culminating in a live finale on December 20 (8-10 p.m. ET each night).

JERSEY BOYS, the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning international hit musical, will celebrate five record-breaking years on Broadway with a month-long benefit in support of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation by donating one dollar from every ticket sold for every performance in the month of October.

NBC's renewed vocal-competition series 'The Sing-Off' will be traveling to four U.S. cities in May in search of the most talented a capella singing groups to compete for a chance at a Sony Music recording contract. Auditions will take place in New York City (May 22), Nashville (May 29), Chicago (May 31) and Los Angeles (June 5).

The world rang in 2010 last night and no place was more exciting than New York City's Times Square, where the cast of Broadway's HAIR was amongst those who helped make it a night to remember!
