This is the second in a series of video previews for the North American Premiere of Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Cast members say hello to BWW and tell us a bit about their arrival in Toronto. The show commences a 12 week pre-Broadway run in Toronto on October 12th, 2010 at The Princess of Wales Theatre, and BWW will be bringing videos, photos and interviews with the team behind the magic that is 'Priscilla.' First up is Will Swenson and cast singing 'I Say A Little Prayer'

Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical, written by Stephan Elliott and Allan Scott and directed by Simon Phillips, will open on Broadway on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway). Previews will begin on Monday, February 28, 2011.

On October 12, 2010, Olivier Award nominee Tony Sheldon ('Bernadette'), Tony Award nominee Will Swenson ('Tick'/ 'Mitzi') and Nick Adams ('Adam'/'Felicia') will take the stage at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto as the trio of friends on a heart-warming, uplifting adventure who hop aboard a battered old bus searching for love and friendship in the middle of the Australian outback and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed in PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT.

It's been over a decade since their therapists told them to work out their neuroses on stage, resulting in a show that captured the imaginations of the more than 20 people there. Now NY theater vet Jessica Almasy and former MTV Hits star Dorian Davis enlist a few friends to help them finish the healing in My Therapist Said This Was A Good Idea, a cabaret at Joe's Pub on Sunday, August 29 at 9:30 p.m.

LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, winner of three 2010 Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical, welcomes new cast members Allyce Beasley and Matt Anctil to the company. The production, starring five-time Emmy Award winner Kelsey Grammer and Tony and Olivier Award winner Douglas Hodge, is playing at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street).

This August, from the 18th through the 21st, the Broadway Dreams Foundation (BDF) hosted its Summer Performing Arts Intensive in Philadelphia! During the intensive, attendees received first-rate training in acting, dance and vocal performance daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by savvy Broadway veterans who shared their invaluable insider knowledge on the skills needed to make it in show business.
