Theatre veterans Jeremy Irons, John Stamos, Marissa Jaret Winokur and Victor Garber will join movie stars and TV such as Scarlett Johansson, Ewan McGregor, Jennifer Garner and Teri Hatcher for Unexpected Dreams: Songs From the Stars,' a new CD released by Rhino Records on April 25th
The production will star Josh Strickland as Tarzan, Jenn Gambatese as Jane, Merle Dandridge as Kala, Shuler Hensley as Kerchak, Chester Gregory II as Terk, Timothy Jerome as Professor Porter and Donnie Keshawarz as Clayton. Daniel Manche and Alex Rutherford will alternate in the role of Young Tarzan.
Disney has announced that Tarzan will being previews on March 24, to open on May 10, 2006.
On Wednesdays in October, Vaudeville will rise from the dead and take center stage at the newly renovated ACME Comedy Theatre in Hollywood with a darkly comic Vaudeville-style revue called VaudeVile: Theatre du Grotesque!
