GLIMPSES OF THE MOON is pleased to announce the following special guest stars have confirmed to appear Monday nights at 8pm in the Oak Room of the Algonquin Hotel.

Stage 13 (Dan Fogler, Sarah Saltzberg, Bjorn Thorstad; artistic directors) presents the New York Premiere of THE RISE AND FALL OF ANNIE HALL at the Lion Theatre at Theatre Row for three weeks only, October 24-November 9.

Performance Space 122 presents the world premiere of Death, a dance-theater piece by solo performance artist Sara Juli that addresses the taboo topic of death. After losing her father tragically to cancer, Juli experienced first-hand our culture's inability to deal with death. She was amazed that something inevitable was so uncomfortable for people who, in particular, seemed to struggle to find the right thing to say and do. In this 50-minute solo performance, Juli uses movement, text, song, gesture, sounds, humor and audience interaction to present a reflection on the awkwardness of death. Juli will be six months pregnant during the performance adding a layer of a piece about death while pregnant with life.

Stage 13 (Artistic Directors: Dan Fogler, Sarah Saltzberg, Bjorn Thorstad) hosted a party this Monday, October 20 at 8:00PM at Bar 13 (35 East 13th St) to benefit their fall production, the New York Premiere of The Rise and Fall of Annie Hall by Sam Foreman. The benefit included 2-for-1 drinks, raffle prizes (including tickets to August: Osage County, dress rehearsal tickets to 'Saturday Night Live,' and tickets to Don't Quit Your Night Job).

Roust Theatre Company presents William Shakespeare's MACBETH -- a bloody, unrelenting drama which looks so deeply at the tortured human psyche that it will be an intense and visceral R-rated 90-minute ride from start to finish, containing violence, nudity, and strong sexual content -- with previews set to begin November 13, prior to its official press opening November 17 at Theater 3 (311 West 43rd Street) in Manhattan. The Flea Theater announces the World Premiere of THE FOOTAGE. Written by Joshua Scher and directed by Claudia Zelevansky, previews of this online gaming drama begin October 23 with opening night scheduled for Saturday, November 8.

Actress, singer, and comedienne Hanna LoPatin will be directed by comedienne Ana Gasteyer, best known for her work on Saturday Night Live, in the one woman show, The Sound of One Hanna Clapping at Comedy Central Stage at the Hudson, Tues. Oct. 14 & IO West Theatre, Thurs., Oct. 16. LoPatin's Los Angeles dates come on the heels of her August performances of the show at The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC), the largest multi-arts Festival in North America, FringeNYC, where she was lauded with Best Bet notices.

VITAL THEATRE COMPANY is pleased to announce that its production of 'PINKALICIOUS, THE MUSICAL' will move to the BLEECKER STREET THEATRE on November 1st. At the dawn of the atomic age, before Boeing Boeing and Doris Day rom-coms, there was THE TENDER TRAP, a light sex comedy about a New York bachelor and the various women seeking to marry him. This will be the first New York production of THE TENDER TRAP since its 1954 Broadway premiere.
