TV Icon Eve Plumb has joined the cast of THE FIRST GENTLEMAN in the role of Lillian, the Chief of Staff, following a last-minute change in Sally Struther's professional schedule.

New York University's Tisch New Theatre is proud to present HAIRSPRAY, with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Shaiman, and a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan. Set in 1962 Baltimore, the musical tells the story of plump teenager Tracy Turnblad, whose life dream is to dance on The Corny Collins Show. When Tracy wins a role on the show, she launches an ambitious campaign to integrate the show. HAIRSPRAY focuses on civil rights, the beauty of diversity and individuality, and acts as a beacon of hope and inclusiveness in the theatre world and beyond.

Dark & Stormy Productions today announces the three actors and director for its upcoming regional premiere of Sunshine by William Mastrosimone. Previously, Dark & Stormy has presented Outside Providence by Edward Allan Baker, Speed-the-Plow by David Mamet, The Receptionist by Adam Bock, The Drunken City by Adam Bock, The Hothouse by Harold Pinter, and Extremities by William Mastrosimone. Sunshine will conclude Dark & Stormy's 2015 season.

ELF The Musical is playing at the Theater at Madison Square Garden for a limited three week engagement from December 9 through December 27, 2015. The smash hit musical ELF has already broken several box office records during its current 10-week run at the Dominion Theatre in London, where performances began on 24 October. The show has broken the box office record three times for the highest selling show since the Dominion Theatre opened, and has also beaten the Dominion's box office record for the highest grossing week ever.

Today, stars of ELF, Eric Petersen Veronica Kuehn, paid a visit to the Empire State Building, in honor of the monument being lit in green and gold for the musical's opening night toninght at Theater at Madison Square Garden. The production runs through December 27.
