10 Hairy Legs, the all-male repertory dance company extends its footprint during its seventh season of performances and educational programming, appearing in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, New York, Maine, Maryland and Rhode Island as well as in its home state of New Jersey.

Bergen County Players (BCP), one of America's longest-running little theater companies, is proud to open its 86th season with the Tony Award-winning musical, The Mystery of Edwin Drood.   With Book, Music and Lyrics written by Rupert Holmes, The Mystery of Edwin Drood is based on an unfinished novel by Charles Dickens. I had the pleasure of seeing The Little Mermaid in the MTW 2011 Season, so I was really looking forward to seeing it again this season. I must say, it did not disappoint. With all the brilliant singing, colorful costumes and sets, and spritely choreography, The Little Mermaid is a perfect season finale!

Koerner Hall opened on September 25, 2009, Glenn Gould's birthday, with a Grand Opening Festival that featured 10 concerts. For the 10th anniversary season Mervon Mehta, Executive Director of Performing Arts at The Conservatory, has planned an opening festival (as well as a closing festival in April and May of 2019) that will consist of seven concerts.

Kinky Boots announce today that Emmy-nominated and two-time "Dancing with the Stars" champion Mark Ballas will take over the role of 'Charlie Price' in the Tony Award-winning musical beginning on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. He will play a limited run through Sunday, November 4, 2018. Ballas succeeds David Cook who will play his last performance on Sunday, September 9, 2018.

The 60-member cast includes Broadway veterans working alongside some of the nation's most promising new talent, all showcased in an brand-new staging, featuring imaginative sets and costumes inspired by the classic Disney film. In 2011, Music Theatre Wichita was one of the first three theatres in the country to receive permission from the Disney Company to produce this title following its Broadway run, and the new edition marks the local premiere of the newly revised script and score. On Saturday, September 29th, 2018, the one-of-a-kind music festival known as Brooklyn Comes Alive is taking over three beloved Williamsburg, Brooklyn neighborhood venues - Rough Trade, Music Hall of Williamsburg and Brooklyn Bowl.
