Created by David Simon (HBO's 'The Wire,' 'Generation Kill' and 'The Corner') and Eric Overmyer ('St. Elsewhere,' 'Homicide: Life on the Street' and HBO's 'The Wire'), the Peabody-winning drama series TREME kicks off its ten-episode third season SUNDAY, SEPT. 23 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO.

Kinky Boots, the highly anticipated new musical that brings together four-time Tony® Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy® Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Music & Lyrics), will begin preview performances on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, with an official opening night set for Thursday, April 4, 2013. EMI Classics will release Fifty Shades of Grey - The Classical Album, a 15-track album featuring classical music personally selected by author E L James herself and referenced in her bestselling Fifty Shades book trilogy. The album will be available in the U.S. and Canada digitally today, August 21st and in CD format on September 18th. The album will be released internationally in both formats on September 17th.

Syfy's smash hit reality competition series Face Off announces a surprise crowning event for its third season, with plans to broadcast live from Los Angeles, CA on Halloween night 2012, Wednesday, October 31 at 10 p.m. ET. For the first time, America's voice will be heard as viewers will make the final choice for the season three champion via a live voting feature that will be available immediately following the October 30 episode. McKenzie Westmore will host the special event and reunite the contestants, including the three finalists who will find out live if they garnered enough viewer votes to win the season.

SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER unjustly substitutes overacting for laughs, and to poor effect. While there are some strong performances that are worth seeing, this production will probably not be remembered as one of The City Theatre's strongest.
