The hit new Broadway musical AN AMERICAN IN PARIS will launch a digital lottery beginning Tuesday, January 26. A limited number of tickets will be available through the lottery which will open at 8:00am for matinees / 10:00am for evening performances and will remain open until 11am / 3pm when winners are drawn.
The box office officially opened today for the Broadway premiere of the new musical Bright Star from Grammy and Emmy winner Steve Martin and Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Edie Brickell, directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie. Previews begin at Broadway's Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street) on Thursday, February 25, with an official opening night set for Thursday, March 24. Toronto audiences refuse to let KINKY BOOTS end at the Royal Alexandra Theatre. The show, which had its Canadian debut on June 16, 2015, was originally booked for a 12-week run. The demand from audiences was so strong, it has already been extended three times. In fact, GASLIGHT, which was supposed to play at the Royal Alex was moved to a reconfigured Ed Mirvish Theatre, so that KINKY BOOTS could be extended.

The composing couple are working in aid of UNICEF to release their charity single with the express desire to bring added focus to the humanitarian work of UNICEF.
