$35 Access Seats to Broadway's THE RIVER On Sale Next Week

$35 access seats for the first week of performances of The River will be available for purchase starting this Monday, October 27 at 10:00 AM at the Circle in the Square Theatre box office (50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue). The production begins previews on Friday, October 31 at Circle in the Square (50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue) and will play three performances for the week ending Sunday, November 2.

Krysta Rodriguez, an OCSA alumna (Class of 2002) who played 'Bebe' in the Broadway revival of A CHORUS LINE, returns to The Orange County School of the Arts to guest direct and choreograph A CHORUS LINE, running now through October 19, 2014. A CHORUS LINE also features Musical Director Amy Eklund and Associate Choreographer Ryan Perry Marks. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast onstage below!

Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats, the second longest-running Broadway musical (only surpassed by Lloyd Webber's own 'The Phantom of the Opera'), and fourth longest-running West End musical, returns in high definition and digital sound to Great Performances where it had its 1998 world television premiere. The special encore presentation will air Friday, November 21 at 9 p.m. ET on PBS (check local listings) as part of the PBS Arts Fall Festival.

THE NANCE will air on PBS as a part of the Live from Lincoln Center series Monday, October 13. In The Nance, playwright Douglas Carter Beane tells the story of Chauncey Miles (Nathan Lane), a headline nance performer in New York burlesque, who also happens to be homosexual.
