Marking its 10th anniversary this year, San Francisco's adventurous, award-winning theater ensemble Mugwumpin is pleased to announce a series of celebratory performances and special events, including the revival of This is All I Need (2010) and Super:Anti:Reluctant (2006), and the world premiere of Blockbuster Season.

Emily Keeler, San Francisco Arts Education's Artistic Director, announced today that the San Francisco Arts Education Project's 2014 musical is Li'l Abner, the 1956 Broadway musical featuring music by Gen De Paul and lyrics by the great Johnny Mercer. Li'l Abner runs for eight performances beginning tonight, February 14 through Sunday, March 2, 2014 at the Eureka Theatre (215 Jackson Street, San Francisco).

Debbie Allen says that, as a child, Houston's racial divide in the '50s and '60s prevented her from going to her first-choice dance school. Then, after years of applying, 13-year-old Debbie was finally accepted to the Houston Ballet Foundation. Watch as she shares how these experiences made her stronger and pushed her to become the dancer she is today.

New York Live Arts today announced the artists of the 2013-2014 Studio Series, Live Arts' creative residency program which serves as a research laboratory for physical explorations and new movement investigations. The 2013-2014 Studio Series artists include (in chronological order): Elena Demyanenko and Dai Jian, Cynthia Hopkins (in partnership with the Watermill Center), Sam Kim, Mariana Valencia, Saul Ulerio, Jon Kinzel, Cori Olinghouse, Rashaun Mitchell and Jimena Paz.

Bells Are Ringing runs for eight performances beginning Saturday, February 16 through Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the Eureka Theatre (215 Jackson Street, San Francisco). Tickets for the Players' Family Benefit Reception and Closing Day Party on Sunday, March 3 at 1:00 p.m. are $40 for general admission and $20 for student and senior admission. Ticket price includes drinks, hors d'oeuvres and dessert and benefits the San Francisco Arts Education Project.
