David Gelles (GRACELAND at Lincoln Center), Anney Giobbe (SUBURBIA) and Eric Hoffmann (WEST SIDE STORY) comprise the cast of POST OFFICE, a new play by David Jenkins (MIDDLEMEN) being given its world-premiere by Human Animals.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company is set to present its 3rd annual GARAGE REP, featuring three productions in rotating repertory by some of Chicago's most innovative storefront companies: LiveWire Chicago, Theatre Zarko and The Inconvenience.

The New Group proudly announces casting for the second show in the company's 2011-2012 Season: Russian Transport, written by Erika Sheffer. Directed by Scott Elliott, the production will feature Janeane Garofalo, Daniel Oreskes, Morgan Spector, Sarah Steele and Raviv Ullman. Performances slated to begin January 17 at The New Group @ Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street). Official Opening Night is set for Monday, January 30.

Comedian, film and TV star Janeane Garofalo has just joined the New Group's production of Russian Transport by Erika Sheffer, directed by Scott Elliott. The production's run begins on January 17, 2012 at the Acorn Theater, with tickets on sale December 5th.

Celebration Theatre has announced the return of acclaimed solo performer JEFFREY SOLOMON in his Off-Broadway smash hit, SANTA CLAUS IS COMING OUT and to be produced for Celebration Theatre by Artistic Director John Michael Beck.

The Old Globe today announced the cast and creative team for the World Premiere of Some Lovers, a new musical with book and lyrics by Tony and Grammy Award winner Steven Sater and music by Academy and Grammy Award-winning legend Burt Bacharach. Directed by Will Frears with music supervision by Lon Hoyt and choreography by Denis Jones, Some Lovers will run Nov. 26 - Dec. 31 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run Nov. 26 - Dec. 6. Steppenwolf Theatre Company will present its 7th annual First Look Repertory of New Work - three developmental productions of new plays presented in repertory playing October 26 - November 20, 2011 in The Steppenwolf Garage, 1624 N. Halsted St. The 2011 festival will also include three free readings by emerging playwrights presented November 3 - 5, 2011.

Geoffrey Nauffts' new play Next Fall makes its West Coast debut at the Geffen Playhouse with original director Sheryl Kaller and a completely new cast featuring the playwright himself in a leading role. Next Fall chronicles the relationship of Adam - portrayed by playwright Nauffts whose acting credits include Broadway productions of A Few Good Men and Caine Mutiny Court Martial, and Luke - played by James Wolk, who is most recognizable for his starring role in television's Lonestar and the film You Again.

Rebecca Creskoff, Meredith Forlenza, Brock Harris, Sarah Steele, C.J. Wilson and Harry Zittel will be featured in the LCT3 world premiere production of ALL-AMERICAN, a new play by Julia Brownell, directed by Evan Cabnet.
