Director of Drama Desk nominated performance 'Vivien', Peter Sander collaborates with Theatre Arts Japan (Eriko Ogawa, Artistic Director), and theater company Ku Na'u Ka's music director/composer/percussionist Hiroko Tanakawa to present work of Japan's master playwright, Asaya Fujita's 'Robinson (to) Crusoe', an adaptation of D'Introna and Ravicchio's comedy, 'Robinson and Crusoe'.

The Colony Theatre will present Stephanie Zimbalist starring in SEX AND EDUCATION, written by Lissa Levin and directed by Andrew Barnicle. SEX AND EDUCATION will preview on Wednesday, February 12; Thursday, February 13; and Friday, February 14 at 8:00pm and will open on Saturday, February 15 at 8:00pm and continue through Sunday, March 16 at the Colony Theatre, 555 N. The play shows us an iconic struggle: the last dying gasps of the Old South as it tries to prevent the progression of new ideas.

Wayward son Will Connelly, heir to the famous Connelly estate finds himself unable to live up to the prestige of the legendary Connelly's of the past. When a new tenant farmer arrives with his daughter Patsy, is it love at first site or does she have her calculating eyes on becoming the new Mrs. Connelly? The struggle between tradition and change, black and white and truth versus secrets come to a shocking conclusion. Though the Group made Mr. Green rewrite the ending to make it more hopeful, the ReGroup will be presenting Mr. Green's original ending. It is sure to be jaw dropping even after 80 years.

An Acting Shakespeare Master Class will be led by veteran stage and film actor, Randall Duk Kim, and veteran stage director, Anne Occhiogrosso this summer at the Centenary Stage Company. Under the direction of these two acclaimed teachers, students in the Acting Shakespeare Master Class will focus on developing acting skills through the 'Bard's' great literary works that will aid and empower actors embracing auditions as well as performances. This class is designed for high school seniors, college students, and adult actors wishing to enhance their skills in classical language and performance.

ReGroup opened SUCCESS STORY by John Howard Lawson, the 4th play ever performed by the Group Theatre at The Robert Moss Theatre, 440 Lafayette St on Wed March 6th. It will now play through the 24th of the month, and runs in rep with Lawson's farce LOUD SPEAKER. This is the first time these plays have been seen in generations. Celebrate Valentine's Day with a special someone when M&M Productions brings A.R. Gurney's Pulitzer Prize-nominated play 'Love Letters' to Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre. Performances are tonight, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 16 at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 17 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.

With the blessing and support of Lawson's children, Jeffrey & Mandy, The ReGroup has presented two staged readings and republished his 2 Group Theatre plays, Success Story and Gentlewoman. For 2013, they bring two of Lawson's plays to full production and are republishing all of his plays in hopes of restoring Lawson's name to the list of great American playwrights. A direct influence on Clifford Odets, Lawson was called the "hope of our theatre," by Group Theatre co-founder, Harold Clurman. The project- ReClaiming Names - focuses on righting the wrongs done over half a century ago. The HUAC hearings are part of American history, but the fact that Lawson's masterful plays are still out of print and unknown is a shame and shows the HUAC damage still has yet to be undone. Hopefully, through this exposure to his works, audiences will realize a missing piece of American and theatrical history. Lawson was a great influence not only on Odets, but Brecht and Miller.
