Academy Award-winning composer Dario Marianelli (Atonement) has created a romantic and moving score, performed by violinist Jack Liebeck, as the perfect complement to the new movie version of the celebrated story. GAN-e-meed Theatre Project rounds out its 2010 season with the One Page Play Experiment, which encourages artists to fuse text, performance, and visual art to create a play on a single sheet of paper. Playwrights, artists, and collaborators are challenged to create works that can be both performed and viewed, and they are asked to explore how visual form and content complement one another. Fifteen finalists chosen from the pieces which have been submitted will be included in a staged reading on December 12 at 2 pm.

The National Theatre will be bringing Broadway's Fela! to London's Olivier Theatre for a November 6 premiere. The show will be joined by Michael Grandage's Danton's Death and new plays by Moira Buffini and Mike Bartlett. Also announced by the National, Desmond Barrit and Malcom Sinclair will be joining the cast of The Habit of the Art beginning July 14.
