La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts & McCoy Rigby Entertainment present the third show of its 2016-2017 season, Jason Robert Brown's THE LAST FIVE YEARS, starring Devin Archer and Natalie Storrs, with musical direction by Brent Crayon and directed by Ovation Award-winner Nick DeGruccio.

From January 16-21, 2017, Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute (WMI) presents The Song Continues, an annual series led by revered mezzo-soprano Marilyn Horne that explores song repertoire through master classes and concerts with the goal of encouraging, supporting, and preserving the art of the vocal recital.

Kensington Arts Theatre's production of Cabaret is worth the visit to the Kit Kat Club - maybe even multiple visits.

Set in Berlin in 1931, this landmark musical is about the dark and sexually charged haven of decadence that was Weimar Germany before the rise of fascism.

LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT are delighted to present the second show of its 2016-2017 season:  Davis Gaines starring in the hilarious comedy LEND ME A TENOR, written by Ken Ludwig and directed by Art Manke.  LEND ME A TENOR will preview on Friday, October 21, 2016 (with a press opening on Saturday, October 22) and run through Sunday, November 13, 2016 at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, 14900 La Mirada Blvd in La Mirada.   

Four hundred years after the death of William Shakespeare, The Museum of Modern Art will screen 21 films based on his iconic writings in Breaking Bard: Shakespeare on Film, today, October 12, through October 24 in The Roy and Niuta Titus Theaters.

Feinstein's at the Nikko is thrilled to welcome the return of San Francisco native Holly Penfield with her newest show, The Rhythm of Life, for two performances only - Today, July 15 (8 p.m.) and Saturday, July 16 (7 p.m.).

Gettysburg Community Theatre, the non-profit 501c3 organization located in the original Elks Lodge building at 49 York Street within the first block of Lincoln Square in historic downtown Gettysburg, will present 1776 the musical, to celebrate the 240th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration Of Independence.
