Futureleap Media (Marcus Lovingood, Founder/CEO), as part of its Broadway LIVE: Unplugged Series (Spencer Howard, Executive Producer), presents Broadway LIVE: Unplugged with Jonathan Reid Gealt, a one-night only special event on Monday, June 16 at 9:30 p.m. at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St, New York, NY 10003).

For the past several months, Mentor Mondays has been a regular feature at Jim Caruso's Cast Party, the 'extreme' open mic that takes place at Birdland in New York City every Monday night.

For the month of April, performers can submit their song or monologue videos on Stagelighter.com to a panel of six Broadway casting directors for free. Panelists will nominate videos into a final round which will be posted on Stagelighter's Facebook page and one performer chosen by the public will win round trip airfare to New York City, private meetings with each of the six casting directors, tickets to a Broadway show plus a backstage tour. It will be a grand gala evening celebrating the work of longtime friends and BIV supporters composer, lyricist, and arranger Marc Shaiman and director, lyricist, and writer Scott Wittman, as well as the leadership and mentorship work of corporate honoree Paul J. Massey, Jr., CEO and Founding Partner of Massey Knakal Realty Services. Michael McElroy's Grammy-nominated gospel choir, Broadway Inspirational Voices, will be holding an online holiday auction to raise money for their musical outreach programs. The outreach programs include working with children in residence at the Ronald McDonald house, and bringing music programs into New York City schools.
