National Theatre has announced today the new season for June 2017 - January 2018. Take a look at the shows coming to the theatre!

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week.

Often, an audience member goes into a show with a certain set of expectations in mind. If you're seeing Shakespeare, you expect sonnets and iambic pentameter. If you're seeing Arthur Miller or Tennessee Williams, you expect searing drama and representations of real, recognizable people and their very human problems. If you are seeing Bring It On: the Musical, based on the cult-favorite movie of the same name, you expect camp, fun, nothing to be taken too seriously and some excellent dance and cheerleading. All of that and more is found in the infectiously enjoyable production of Bring It On now running at the Pollard Theatre in Guthrie.

Director of Nuffield Southampton Theatres, Sam Hodges, today announced NST Campus' Autumn season, featuring a varied programme of high quality touring work including West End hits People, Places & Things and Hetty Feather. The season is announced as NST moves closer to the opening of NST City, their newly acquired theatre in Southampton's city centre arts venue.

Hampstead Theatre presents the UK premiere of Branden Jacob-Jenkins' Gloria, directed by Michael Longhurst. A finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2016, this razor-sharp comic drama focuses on ambition, office warfare and hierarchies, where the only thing that matters is moving up the ladder and selling out to the highest bidder. 

The View UpStairs - the provocative new musical written by Max Vernon, directed by Scott Ebersold and choreographed by Al Blackstone - celebrated its 100th performance on Friday, May 19 at 8:00 PM. To celebrate this landmark, the show harnessed the power of community to benefit Point Foundation, the nation's largest scholarship-granting organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer students of merit. For the 100th performance, The View UpStairs will donated 30% of proceeds from all full-priced ticket sales to Point Foundation.

The Royal Theatrical Support Trust (RTST) and Nuffield Southampton Theatres (NST) are delighted to announce that Chelsea Walker has been awarded the 2017 RTST Director Award, with Tinuke Craig as runner-up.

The View UpStairs - the provocative new musical written by Max Vernon, directed by Scott Ebersold and choreographed by Al Blackstone - is thrilled to announce the Original Cast Album will be released by Broadway Records. Produced by Michael Croiter, the original cast recording is now available for pre-order at BroadwayRecords.com. The album will be released on August 11. 

The View UpStairs - the provocative new musical written by Max Vernon, directed by Scott Ebersold and choreographed by Al Blackstone - will partner with Coming Out, a non-profit open-source platform for sharing diverse stories about coming out, for a special event after the performance on Thursday, April 27. Engage with peers, cast and creative members of The View UpStairs, and the Coming Out team as we celebrate the LGBTQ community's vibrant and diverse voices.  

Get ready for an evening of singing, dancing in the aisles, and groovin' to the greatest tunes of the '60s as performed by The Midtown Men, Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 8 pm. The Midtown Men -- featuring four stars from the original cast of Jersey Boys -- star in a one-of-a-kind concert experience celebrating the music that defined the 1960s at Mayo Performing Arts Center on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 8 pm.

The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra announces the 2017-2018 season programming for its BNY Mellon Grand Classics and PNC Pops series. The upcoming season of the BNY Mellon Grand Classics marks its 10th season under the musical leadership of Music Director Manfred Honeck and the orchestra's 122nd year since its founding.

Equality, solidarity and warmth filled the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on March 13, 2017, when the biggest stars on Broadway proved gender doesn't matter, but love does as they explored and embraced the great songs of musical theatre at the 12th annual Broadway Backwards.

Songs in the Key of Equality is proudly teaming up again with Swish Ally Fund for a night of inspirational performances by Broadway and NYC cabaret performers. This annual event will be held on Monday, April 3 at 8 p.m. at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City.
