The Theater League and Broadway Across America this week announced the line-up for the 2014-2015 Kansas City Broadway Series. Performed at the Music Hall and described by Entertainment Weekly as "the funniest musical of all time," The Book of Mormon anchors the season.

One of the greatest entertainers and music legends of all time is Stevie Wonder. The #1 entertainer dedicated to faithfully performing all of Stevie's music is Gabriel Bello and his group 'Natural Wonder.' Audiences are invited to sit back, close their eyes and become totally immersed in the re-creation of a Stevie Wonder concert that is hard to beat. Gabriel Bello and 'Natrual Wonder' will be performing Stevie's greatest hits including 'Ribbon in The Sky,' 'Isn't She Lovely,' 'Higher Ground,' 'I Just Called to Say I Love You,' 'Superstition,' 'You Are the Sunshine of My Life,' and on and on. The Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture just launched its first exhibition of 2014, MOTOWN: THE TRUTH IS A HIT. Featuring items that highlight Motown's inimitable founder Berry Gordy and the institution's most beloved musical acts, the multi-media showcase chronicles one of the most significant record labels in American music history.
