At the same time, Longford and Washington need to piece together the back story of another fresh murder case -- the lifeless body of a young drug dealer, 'Toucan,' is discovered in a trash bin, but is it strictly street business or pure personal passion? Meanwhile, Mahajan must search the city for a crucial eyewitness who failed to show in court to help convict a vicious skinhead of murder, and without him the killer may walk, on 'Detroit 1-8-7,' TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
