Kristin Scott Thomas had a special meeting with Queen Elizabeth II this week when she was made a Dame. The actress is set to portray the British royal beginning next month in the West End production of THE AUDIENCE.

The Daily Mail reports that David Robb, David Calder, Michael Gould, Gordon Kennedy, Sylvestra Le Touzel, David Robb, and Nicholas Woodeson have joined Kristin Scott Thomas in the new version of Peter Morgan's THE AUDIENCE.

Following sold-out engagements on Broadway and in London's West End, television legend, Oscar recipient and five-time Tony Award-winner Angela Lansbury enjoyed continued success with Noel Coward's smash-hit comedic play 'Blithe Spirit' in its Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre engagement.

Following the internationally acclaimed production with sold-out engagements on Broadway and London's West End, television legend, Oscar recipient and five-time Tony Award-winner Angela Lansburyreturns to the stage in an exciting North American tour of Noel Coward's smash-hit comedic play, BLITHE SPIRIT. The tour makes its Washington premiere Tuesday, March 17 through Sunday, March 29 at the National Theatre, where Ms. Lansbury made her first pre-Broadway stage debut nearly 58 years ago to the day in Hotel Paradiso.

The eighth annual Sheridan Morley Prize for Theatre Biography ceremony will be held on 19 March 2015 at The Garrick Club. The prize awarded for the best biography, autobiography or diary in theatre or show business was last year won by Michael Blakemore for Stage Blood.
