Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats Return To Red Rocks Amphitheatre This August

Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats—having previously sold-out the venue five times in the past three years—return to Denver's legendary Red Rocks Auditorium on August 21and August 22 with very special support from Hiss Golden Messenger. General on-sale begins Friday, January 18 at 10:00 a.m. MST while VIP experience packages are now available to support Rateliff's foundation, The Marigold Project. The Avett Brothers, Molly Tuttle, and Sean McConnell Added to MerleFest 2019

Transluminate: The Q Collective Announces Festival Playwrights

The Q Collective announces the playwrights for its first annual TRANSLUMINATE FESTIVAL. We are pleased to be featuring five works by three St. Louis-based playwrights: Elon Ptah, Charlie Meyers, and John Waller in this year's festival. The Q Collective is also excited to announce that the festival will feature visual arts on display from February 4 through the end of the month with a gallery opening party on February 10 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.

SCFTA Presents Grammy-Winning Vocalist Steve Tyrell

Segerstrom Center for the Arts welcomes back Grammy® Award-winning vocalistSteve Tyrell for three performances February 7-9, 2019 at 7:30pm. Tyrell returns with a show that celebrates the Great American Songbook, sung with his signature contemporary flair, and honors some of the songwriting greats, including Burt Bacharach & Hal David, Sammy Cahn, Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil, among others.

MARY POPPINS RETURNS Nominated for 9th Annual Guild of Music Supervisors Awards

The Guild of Music Supervisors unveiled the list of nominees for its 9th annual award show taking place on Wednesday, February 13th at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The event will celebrate the highest achievements in music supervision, recognizing exemplary work in 18 categories representing movies, television, games, advertising and trailers.

JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, MARY POPPINS RETURNS Nominated for Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Awards

The Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild(MUAHS, IATSE Local 706) has announced nominations for the 6th Annual MUAHS Guild Awards honoring outstanding achievements in make-up and hair styling in motion pictures, television, commercials and live theater. Winners will be honored at the black-tie gala on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at The Novo by Microsoft at L.A. Live. Today's announcement was made by MUAHS Awards Chair Sue Cabral-Ebert. 

TONIGHT SHOW Takes The Week Of 12/31-1/4 In 18-49

Encore telecasts of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” have dominated the late-night ratings week of Dec. 31-Jan. 4 versus rebroadcasts of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in adults 18-49 and won the week in every other key demographic, according to “live plus same day” figures from Nielsen Media Research.

World Premiere Of ACCIDENTALLY BRAVE Comes to the DR2 Theatre

Daryl Roth (Kinky Boots, Indecent, Gloria: A Life) presents the world premiere of Accidentally Brave, written by and starring Maddie Corman (Appropriate, Next Fall). The limited engagement is directed by Tony Award Nominee Kristin Hanggi (Rock of Ages, bare). Previews begin on Monday, March 11, with an opening night on Monday, March 25, and a final performance set for Sunday, July 14 at the DR2 Theatre (103 E. 15th St, NYC).

Boston One-Minute Play Festival Returns For 8th Year

The 8th ANNUAL BOSTON ONE-MINUTE PLAY FESTIVAL (#1MPF) returns for its eighth year, in partnership with Boston Playwrights' Theatre.
